The Bill Field Sight CUP is presented to a Club or individual member of a Club for particular efforts in a sight related area.

In 2019 the award was made jointly to Swanwick Lions Club and Maidenhead Lions Club
for their efforts in helping the blind, in their communities, by producing "Talking Publications"
In 2018 the winner was Salisbury and District Lions Club
for their dedication in helping one person throughout the year

The winner for 2016 is Gosport and Lee on the Solent
for continued support of the visually impaired in their town and the wider world
The winner for 2015 was Basingstoke Lions Club
for their promotion of World Sight Day in their town centre not only to raise awareness of the day but to promote membership of the club, supporting Spektrek and supplying computer equipment to blind people in their area.

The winner for 2011-2012 was Lion DENIS WHITE of BASINGSTOKE LIONS CLUB
The citation for 2011-2012 was as follows: Collecting spectacles for Spectrek is carried out by many Lions but my attention was drawn to one particular Lion this year. 2012 is the 30th year that Petersfield Club has organised the spectacles collections on what is known as Spectrek Day. On a Sunday in April many Clubs take their collections to various meeting points where they are collected by Lions from Petersfield Club. The member in question has been involved every year for those 30 years in collecting spectacles for his Club. Not only that but the member is now 90 years old and has been a Lion for 41 years
